1. Why do I need Internet Marketing when I have a pretty successful offline campaign already?

2. How long does a Web Design project usually take?
Being that each project is unique, customized, and there are many factors involved including timely feedback from clients, we can’t state a generic timeframe. We do however give each contracted client a time frame estimate on their particular project.
3. What exactly is Search Engine Optimization and why do I need it?
Search Engine Optimization is collective methods that work together to get your website found in the search engine results. There is onpage optimization and offpage optimization. Onpage optimization is methods used right on your website such as the use of proper keywords in URLs, content, bold headlines, Meta tags, etc. Offpage optimization is methods that take place off of your website but bring links back to your website, such as directory submissions, article submissions, and social bookmarks. Collectively these methods build some online muscle for your business and get you found in the search engines by those who are actually looking for what you have to offer.
4. What are Pay per Clicks and how can they benefit my business?
Pay per Clicks are paid ads that show on the right side of the SERPs (Search Engine Result Pages). These are usually used when you need some traffic fast or if your SEO tactics aren’t producing the results you need as quickly as you need. With PPCs you can set your budget and tweak your campaigns as needed. Setting your budget means you’ll cap how much per day you are willing to pay for clicks. If you meet your daily budget, the search engine will pull your ad down. Then it will be placed again the next day.
5. Do you guarantee placement with your SEO and PPC services?
With the many changes in algorithms by the search engines and the other many factors involved, it is impossible for us or any marketing company to guarantee certain placement. However, we have landed many of our clients on Page 1 for more than one niche keyword and we feel confident we can do the same for you.
6. What is Social Media Marketing and why is it so important?
Social Media Marketing (SMM) is the use of social media sites (also known as social networking sites) such as LinkedIn, facebook, Twitter, and YouTube in conjunction with blogs, wikis, RSS feeds, and other online forms of media to build online relationships. This in turn builds trust with your target audience, which in turns promotes your business.
SMM is an extremely effective way of branding your image and building PR (Public Relations). These sites are all free to use but you must adhere to the number 1 rule of SMM to be successful: No spamming! These sites are not a place for you to blast out sales or solicitations. These are places to build relationship via two-way communications. SMM puts you right in front of your target audience in real time and allows for a two-way communication. It really doesn’t get any better than that.
7. Why is proper Branding such a big deal?
Proper Branding is just as important as getting someone someone’s name right. It is the ‘who we are’ of business. Your brand communicates to your target audience who you are, what you do, what you offer, and why they should choose you over your competitors. Just like it matters what you name is in identifying who you are, your brand matters in identifying what your business is.
8. Do you charge for an initial consultation?
No. All of our initial consultations are FREE of charge. We feel you should have a chance to get to know us and we should have a chance to get to know you first to see if we are a good fit for each other and then move forward from there.
